SplashSleeves are made of quick draining poly-cotton so they don’t stretch and drag in the water.
Two hook and loop fastenings ensure that the Splashsleeves stay firmly in place.
Double layer mitts with a stretchy lining so that any scratching action is isolated by the two layers of fabric moving independently of each other, just like the original ScratchSleeves design.
Effective scratch mitts designed for babies and toddlers with eczema but equally effective in combating scratching at other skin irritations, including chicken pox and post surgical healing, hair-pulling, thumb-sucking, protecting feeding-tubes, and much more.
Machine washable at 40 degrees using non-biological detergent. Can be tumble-dried. Ensure fastenings are closed before washing.

Please note that these SplashSleeves have sewn in mitts that cannot be opened.

Levering

We make every effort to dispatch orders received before 3.00pm UK time Monday to Friday on the same day. On Saturdays we aim to dispatch all orders received before 10.30am UK time on the same day. Very occasionally this is not possible, in which case your order will be dispatched on the next working day. No orders are dispatched on Sunday.

Onze verzendtarieven zijn vastgesteld op een vast bedrag per bestelling, ongeacht het aantal eenheden dat je koopt.

We hebben onze verpakkingen zo ontworpen dat bestellingen van één of twee artikelen door standaardbrievenbussen passen. Je postbode zou deze bestellingen moeten kunnen bezorgen zonder je te storen. Bij grotere bestellingen kan het nodig zijn dat je aanwezig bent om de bestelling in ontvangst te nemen en soms is een handtekening vereist.

Overseas orders typically take 5-10 working days to arrive, although this does depend on the efficiency of the local postal service.

Bestellingen met EU-verzendadressen worden belast met BTW tegen hun lokale tarief. Dit wordt bij de kassa toegevoegd en door ons afgedragen aan het betreffende land. Let op: de prijzen op de website zijn inclusief UK BTW, die 0% bedraagt voor kindermaten en 20% voor volwassen maten.

Helaas kunnen we bestellingen van meer dan 150 EUR (inclusief verzendkosten) niet verzenden binnen de EU.

Niet-EU-klanten in het buitenland zijn verantwoordelijk voor invoerrechten/-belasting in hun eigen land. We kunnen je niet adviseren wat deze kosten zullen zijn. Raadpleeg je plaatselijke douanekantoor voor meer informatie. We voegen de juiste douaneformulieren bij alle overzeese zendingen.

We are always happy to refund or exchange unwashed and unused items in a resalable condition. Please do not wash items or remove tags until you have checked sizing on your child.

If you need to return your order for a refund or would like to exchange it, we request that you get in touch with us in the first instance. You can either email info@scratchsleeves.co.uk or call us on 01962 890210 (international +44 (0)1962 890210) during our office hours (10am to 3pm UK time, Monday to Friday) to arrange the return. It is much easier and quicker for us to process your return/exchange if we have been advised of it prior.
