We zijn ervan overtuigd dat je blij zult zijn met je product, maar we begrijpen dat er momenten kunnen zijn waarop je het nodig vindt om een artikel te retourneren. We proberen het proces zo eenvoudig mogelijk te houden en deze voorwaarden hebben geen invloed op je wettelijke rechten.

  • Neem in eerste instantie contact met ons op via info@scratchsleeves.co.uk of bel ons op 01962 890210 (internationaal +44 (0)1962 890210) tijdens kantooruren in het VK om een vervanging of terugbetaling van uw aankoop te regelen.
  • Unwanted Products and Exchanges:
    • We are always happy to refund or exchange unused and unwashed items which are in a resalable condition. We may ask to see a photo of the item being returned prior to agreeing to the exchange. Please do not wash items or remove tags until you have checked sizing on your child. Unless there is a fault we will not be able to refund once tags are removed. In the event we refuse a refund we will reimburse you for the return postage and send you a photo of the issue.
    • Get in touch with us either via email on info@scratchsleeves.co.uk or call us on 01962 890210 (international +44 (0)1962 890210) during our office hours (10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday) to arrange the return.
    • If you wish to exchange for a different item, we will send a returns envelope with the replacement item.
    • If you just wish to return your item for a refund, we will refund the return postage (regular 1st or 2nd class mail) when the item arrives back with us, again as long as the condition is unwashed, unworn and resalable. Please do not use a signed for service as we aren’t always available to take delivery.
    • We will make the refund directly to the payment card or PayPal account used to place the original order. Refunds will be made within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
    • As our card payment provider limits refunds to the value of the original payment, if you paid by card we may need to ask you for additional details in order to refund postage costs.

  • Faulty Products and Packing Errors:
    • If a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will both replace the item free of charge and refund the original payment.
    • In order to investigate the cause of the problem, we may ask you to supply us with a photograph of the problem or return the item to us. In these circumstances we will cover the cost of the return postage, usually by supplying you with a pre-paid returns envelope. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
